Occupational Therapist (Full Time – Permanent)

About us:

Enhanced Health Therapy Services is a well-respected provider of occupational therapy services owing to our industry experience/knowledge, pursuit of excellence and business values.  We provide occupational therapy services to adolescents and adults with a particular focus on physical and cognitive impairments in both Townsville and surrounding regions.  We have considerable experience in prescription of complex equipment and delivery of therapeutic services (upper limb therapy, cognitive therapy and life skill development/retraining).

About the position:

  • Role: Occupational Therapist (permanent full time)
  • Caseload: disability including physical, cognitive and neurological, aged care & occupational rehabilitation
  • Geographical service area: Townsville, Burdekin, Charters Towers & Cairns


  • Client assessment and intervention (including equipment prescription, minor home modification recommendations, compression therapy, upper limb therapy, cognitive therapy)
  • Report writing
  • Collaboration and/or liaison with stakeholders
  • Client education and
  • Engagement in quality improvement activities

What you will require:

  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) 
  • AHPRA registration (non-conditional)
  • OT Australia membership (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Police check
  • Driver’s Licence
